Deposits are credited to your be9999 Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. be9999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, including mobile money network congestion or bank processing times.
Withdrawal requests are processed by be9999 within 24 hours of submission, subject to: (a) your Account having cleared any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (b) satisfactory completion of KYC verification where required; and (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding the applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits.
be9999 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at be9999's discretion. be9999 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard PKR transfers to Pakistani payment methods, but third-party provider fees may apply.
